James and Tristan were incredible! Start to finish, from coming up with the ideas for my extensive bath remodel, to negotiating the bid to fit my budget, they were so easy to work with. When they started work they were punctual, polite, fastidious about keeping the rest of my house clean during the entire process. They were great communicators as well, letting me know when something needed to be adjusted or a different part ordered - they handled it all without any worry on my part. They finished faster than anticipated, and even the subcontractors they worked with were top-notch professionals who were quick at what they do and very easy to work with. I was so pleased with the results!! All the water damage was replaced, and the bathroom looks phenomenal now! I'd give them 10 out of 5, they were that good!
Level + Plumb, led by James, was by far the best remodeling experience I have been blessed with (of many). I am a real estate investor and James' great communication and professionalism allowed for a flawless kitchen and bath remodel in my rental while I stayed remote. He was clear, honest, and stayed within budget and timeframe which for my business needs is crucial. The end product has clean finishes, no details were looked over and the price was fair. I highly recommend their team, and will gladly work with them on future projects.

James and Tristan are great listeners, which I love about working with them. They do a great job of listening to my ideas and then make them a reality. Level + Plumb is OUTSTANDING! Timely, efficient, well priced, great communication and awesome work all around. We had carpet pulled and eco bamboo flooring installed in entry way, living room and kitchen. A life changer for the best! James is truly skilled and dedicated to high quality work while taking the time to find out what was best for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
They did great quality work. Took a picture I had of the gate I wanted and made it real. Even better than I had envisioned. I intend to use them for even bigger projects such as my bathroom remodel. Extremely happy with the work and price☺️
I’ve known these fine men for a while now having used Level and Plumb from small to large projects (for me). I consider myself fairly handy but if I lack certain qualities when it comes to detail oriented finishes and understanding the art of properly putting a project together, I ask for help from James and Tristan. My wife and I have called on them for building an 18’x40’ shed, an elevated timber frame deck with metal roof, installed French doors in place of a window that opened onto the deck as well as replacing and relocated our entry door with side light windows. These guys are honest, fair, and dedicated.
