Realtor Needed work done fast to sell a property
A pair of old rotting decks and stairs needed to be replaced and along with a disintegrating rail-road tie wall that was no longer preventing hillside erosion. This work needed to be quickly completed in order to meet the sales close date.
We replaced a small deck off the master bedroom and another outside the kitchen. The kitchen deck doubled as a landing for the side access stairway from the driveway to the back yard. An addition of a retaining wall was required to give the hillside stability and provide a foundation for the stair stringer to be anchored.
Staycation right in your backyard!
This property owner envisioned a backyard getaway with a hot tub and beautiful deck for hosting parties and her grown kids when they came home to visit.
This new construction project replaced weed-ridden grass with a TimberTech composite deck and railing system, fresh concrete slab for the placement of customer hot tub and a stained cedar shade cover with polycarbonate roof panels.

Huge transformation for a Tenant Kitchen in a Shop Space
After knocking down a wall seperating a tool storage area with the former kitchen/wash room, we had a wide open area to completely remodel. Now with new cabinets, beautiful interior siding and an open floor plan that makes it pleasurable to cook food and hang out for meals.
Out with the old and in with the new! Cedar Deck Demolition and Rebuild coupled with a new Hot Tub Pad.
Demolished the old rotting deck with weeds and old bushes growing up around it. We rebuilt it with a new cedar wood, railing and stairs. A new concrete slab was poured for the customer hot tub. This restored the beauty and safety of his backyard access.
Upgraded a studio rental space with new bamboo flooring
Removed old laminate flooring and replaced with ecologically friendly bamboo flooring. Beautiful result and makes a small studio rental really shine!

Removed old rotting wood stairs and replaced with a brand new stairs leading up to a landing. Makes the mobile home stand out in the park and provides a lovely hangout area for the owner.
